OPEN COURSES

Booking

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of booking form and payment.

Payment Terms

All course fees are subject to VAT at 17.5%. When an invoice has been requested full payment must be made 14 days before course date. All cheques and bank transfers must be cleared 14 days before course date.

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable

Copyright

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of blueconcept training.

Course Changes

blueconcept training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course for reasons of illness or other causes and will advise the client as soon as this change is known. blueconcept training will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. We will not be liable for any loss or expense of the client arising out of such changes.

Health Declaration

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all participants attending any programme have no medical condition that precludes them from taking part and to check that the activities are suitable for all delegates’ capabilities.
