Blue Concept Training provide a number of flexible option to enable your organisation
to conduct it’s own PMVA training.
By training your own staff in ‘Train the Trainer’ skills you can ensure that the
training is available to all employees, when needed and that refresher training can
be implemented on a regular basis. This option represents a practical solution for
larger organisations and at a fraction of the cost of using the services of an external
trainer for ongoing training.
How does it work?
Your staff will attend a ‘Train the Trainer’ course which will provide all the skills,
knowledge and resources to deliver PMVA training at the level required. Trainers
will then be required to attend regular updates in order to maintain their qualification.
This training can be tailored to a wide range of employees and roles such as care
workers, porters, lone workers, social services, carers, education staff, service
teams, mental health professionals, public transport, stewards and other sectors
where the safety of clients and employees is paramount.
