training is designed for both people who are new to the
lone worker role and people who have a
long history of working alone. The
environment that lone workers are
exposed to is becoming more hostile.
Lone workers are exposed to numerous
risks including false accusations of a
sexual nature to physical abuse.
This
training will help participants learn how
to take simple steps to reduce risk, how
to successfully manage conflict
situations and improve how they respond.
When staff feel in control, safe
and calm they can provide the very best
in customer service. Conflict management
training will reduce costly staff
absenteeism, exposure to risk and poor
work practices.
