People don’t learn when they are bored,
so we ensure the training sessions are
dynamic and interesting. We use a unique
style of delivery so that people take
on-board new skills and information by
offering encouragement and affirming
their existing strengths. This concept
encourages people to try new things and
anchors new behaviour that can be
integrated immediately into daily
working practice.
Overcoming barriers
and resistance to training
We are experienced in working with
people for whom training is a new and
perhaps threatening experience. Very
often people who are experiencing
difficulty with conflict can be
resistant to trying different approaches
and can view training as a challenge to
their integrity. We work hard to help
people feel comfortable and to provide a
range of ways in which information can
easily be assimilated.
